Attila Farkas is a veteran IT professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning the entire evolution of modern computing. He began working with technology in the era of DOS and early Windows, building systems from the ground up and mastering every layer of hardware and software.
Unlike many professionals who transitioned into management roles, Attila chose to remain a teacher — a decision that allowed him to train more than 7,000 students of all ages and backgrounds. His unique teaching method blends deep technical expertise with clear, accessible communication, helping learners understand not just what to do, but why it works.
Attila specializes in bridging the gap between IT, business processes, and human learning. Students frequently describe his classes as eye-opening and transformative, noting that they learn practical, real-world knowledge not found in textbooks or standard curriculums.

A Year of Growth
A year has flown by, and here I stand,
With lessons learned, and dreams in hand.
From Excel formulas to Word’s clean page,
Each skill I mastered set the stage.
I’ve tackled taxes, accounting’s core,
Payroll, QuickBooks, and so much more.
Access databases and PowerPoint’s might,
Each challenge pushed me to new heights.
Bookkeeping taught me balance and care,
A skill I’ll carry with me everywhere.
And every step along the way,
My teachers guided me, day by day.
They shared their knowledge, their time, their heart,
Each lesson a masterpiece, a work of art.
But Attila, you—stood in a class of your own,
Your wisdom was the foundation, the cornerstone.
Your patience, like an endless tide,
Held me steady, always by my side.
Through every struggle, every doubt,
You lifted me up, helped me break out.
Your stories, they weren’t just tales to tell,
They opened doors, they broke the spell.
Each word, each pause, with such grace,
Made the impossible seem within reach, in place.
You made me believe in my own might,
And gave me the courage to take flight.
In every lesson, you saw what I could be,
